Tunnel Sandblast Hose with Excellent Abrasion Resistance
Sandblast hose is mainly used for the construction of various tunnels, such as well lane, cavern and slope spray anchor. This is the so-called tunnel sandblast hose, which is used to convey cement and slurry in the tunnel construction process. Its outstanding feature is that it is highly resistant to abrasion, so it can convey abrasive materials, such as sand, cement, slurry, mineral powder and so on. It is composed of three parts: tube, reinforcement and cover. Tube is made from the mixture of polyurethane and butyl rubber adding special reinforcing agent, making the hose highly resistant to abrasion and high pressure. Reinforcement is made from multiple layers of high tensile braided steel wires or high quality rubber cloth, making the hose have excellent flexibility and bear higher pressure. Cover is made from natural rubber or neoprene, making the hose resistant to abrasion, corrosion, weather, ozone and aging and have long service life.

Tunnel sandblast hose is highly resistant to abrasion, so it works well in construction of tunnels.

The details of tunnel sandblast hose:
- Structure: it is composed of three parts: tube, reinforcement and cover.
- Tube: the mixture of polyurethane and butyl rubber, adding special reinforcing agent, making the hose highly resistant to abrasion.
- Reinforcement: multiple layers of high tensile braided steel wires or rubber cloth, making the hose have solid structure and resistant to high pressure.
- Cover: natural rubber or neoprene, making the hose resistant to abrasion, corrosion, weather, ozone and aging.
- Working temperature: -25 °F to +180 °F.
- Working pressure: 10 bar (150 psi).
- ID nominal size: 20 ± 0.75, 22 ± 0.75, 25 ± 0.75, 31.5 ± 1.25, 40 ± 1.25, 45 ± 1.50, 50 ± 1.50, 64 ± 1.50.
