Sandblast hose is mainly used to convey highly abrasive materials, so its outstanding feature is that it has excellent abrasion resistance. It is composed of three parts: tube, reinforcement and cover. Tube is made from the mixture of polyurethane and butyl rubber, adding special reinforcing agent, making hose resistant to abrasion and high pressure. Reinforcement is made from multiple layers of high tensile steel wires or high quality rubber cloth, making hose have solid structure and bear high working pressure. Cover is made from natural rubber or neoprene, making hose resistant to abrasion, corrosion, chemicals, weather, ozone and aging.
