Sandblast hose is widely used in the various tunnels and hydropower. It is also used in mining industry. So it is called mining sandblast hose. It is also composed of three parts: tube, reinforcement and cover. Tube is made from the mixture of polyurethane and butyl rubber, adding special reinforcing agent, making the hose highly resistant to abrasion and high pressure. And the hose has very good tenacity. Reinforcement is made from multiple layers of high tensile steel wires or high quality rubber cloth, making hose have solid structure and resistant to high pressure. The details of mining sandblast hose:
- Structure: it is composed of three parts: tube, reinforcement and cover.

- Working temperature: -25 °F to +180 °F.
- Working pressure: 10 bar (150 psi).
- ID nominal size: 20 ± 0.75, 22 ± 0.75, 25 ± 0.75, 31.5 ± 1.25, 40 ± 1.25, 45 ± 1.50, 50 ± 1.50, 64 ± 1.50.
